Confidential by design
Client and case appointments stay in your Microsoft 365 tenant: Virto Calendar App processes them without storing them, and SharePoint and Exchange permissions decide who sees which details. Documents are shared the way the firm already shares them, in SharePoint or Teams; outside parties see the calendar only as invited SharePoint guests.
Reminders for court dates and filings

When Virto Calendar App fits — and when it does not
Each attorney keeps their own Outlook calendar, and the assistant has to find who is free.
Virto Calendar App lays the attorneys' Outlook calendars side by side in one view, so the assistant sees who is free before proposing a time. Permissions decide how much of each appointment is shown.
Court appearances are tracked in a SharePoint list, and meeting rooms are booked through room mailboxes.
The court-date list, the room mailboxes and the attorneys' calendars are overlaid in one calendar, so a consultation is not booked into a taken room or on the morning of a hearing.
The dates are kept in a SharePoint list, with the responsible attorney named in each item.
Virto Alerts & Reminder App sends the attorney an email or Teams reminder a set time before the date, and alerts the team when the date in the list changes.
Outside parties invited as guests of the SharePoint site see the calendar under the permissions the site gives them. There are no anonymous or public links.
Virto Calendar App does not publish a booking page. Appointments booked in Microsoft Bookings land in the attorneys' Outlook calendars, and Virto Calendar App shows them next to court dates and the rest of the firm's schedule.
